Final Deliverable

The final deliverable for the Discovery Phase is a recommendation document containing a set of possible solutions (modulated alternatives and related costs) to be presented to the Executive Oversight Committee.

At the conclusion of the Discovery Phase project, there is an expectation that the Executive Oversight Committee will make a decision on how to proceed, including deciding on the most cost-effective option for meeting the overall needs outlined in the Discovery Phase.

If an implementation decision is made, that decision will include approval of funds, payment plans, and overall approach of the implementation.
